About Tina

Welcome! My name is Tina Koepke and I’m the owner of Asset Notary Services. As a mobile Notary, I come to you to complete your notarizations, whether that’s at your home, your work, a job site, an assisted-living facility, a hospital, or another location of your choice. I have experience with estate plan signings. I’m also a Certified Notary Signing Agent (CNSA), who can conduct signings for mortgage purchases, refinances, home equity lines of credit, and all property transfers at a location convenient to you.
